CREATIVE

Team work, Responsibility, Reliability.

Objective: Foster teamwork with responsibility and build trust among participants through a series of activities that increase synergy, empowerment, and mutual understanding.

Dynamic 1: Human bridge.

Objective: Building confidence among members.

Duration: 25 minutes.

Development:

The group sits on chairs in a circle around the leader. Participants lean back onto the legs of the person to their right while the leader removes chairs until none remain. Everyone should stay reclined in a circle, each supported by another’s legs, demonstrating that their team provides all the support they need. They must hold this position for 90 seconds to win.

Dynamics 2: Today for you, tomorrow for me.

# participants: Group.

Objective: To recognize the vital importance of responsibility and teamwork.

Duration: 30 minutes.

Development:

The group receives cords tied together in a large knot. Through collaboration and communication, while taking responsibility for the activity, participants must untie it. Proactive participants will lead others toward the objective. Some, however, will be indifferent or uninterested, offer no solutions or even obstruct the team’s progress.

Dynamics 3: Building and destroying.

# participants: Teams of 4 people.

Objective: Raise awareness of teamwork and adapting to change.

Duration: 45 minutes.

Development:

Each team will receive straws, pins and yarn to build a free-form structure. One participant on each team will play a negative personality, trying to destroy the structure and not allowing the team to progress.

In the end, the team with the most attractive and strongest structure will win.

The aim is to move forward despite negative personalities, assuming roles and responsibilities and identifying personnel with leadership qualities, while emphasizing the importance of flexibility and openness to change.

COMMITTED

Problem solving, continuous learning, proactivity.

Objective: Develop problem-solving skills based on self-awareness, continuous learning, and continuous improvement.

Dynamics 1: The European uncle.

# participants: Individual.

Objective: Know and recognize co-workers.

Duration: 30 minutes.

Development:

Each person in the group will write a description of their personality on a sheet of paper, in as much detail as possible, without discussing physical traits, clothing, hair, etc.

At the end, the facilitator will read each sheet. The team’s task is to identify the person described.

Dynamics 2: Reconstructions.

# participants: 4 teams.

Objective: Understand the importance of continuous learning and reducing execution times based on learning.

Duration: 50 minutes.

Development:

Each team receives a package of lego blocks and instructions to build specified figures within a time limit. Most participants accomplish little.

On a second attempt, with new instructions and greater coordination, the figure's construction will reach a higher level.

On a third attempt, building on previous learning and with clear responsibilities, the figure can be assembled.

Dynamic 3: All on the same boat.

# participants: 2 groups.

Objective: Understand the importance of well-defined objectives, taking responsibility and continuous learning.

Duration: 30 minutes.

Development:

With their ankles tied together, all members of the group must pass back and forth through several hoops placed on the floor.

The challenge comes because movements have to be directed, coordinated and in time to avoid falling, as the rings are placed irregularly.

If anyone falls or gets out of the rings, the path starts.

CONNECTED

Objective: To develop skills to improve interpersonal communication and empathy with the internal / external client.

Dynamics 1: The voice of the people.

# participants: 4-member work teams.

Objective: Build trust and openness and allow participants to freely express how they feel about and perceive the company.

Duration: 30 minutes.

Development:

The group, divided into teams of 5 people, will receive a series of questions from the moderator (approximately 10) focused on addressing particular corporate issues: trust, communication, leadership, work environment, stress, teamwork, motivation, internal customer service, etc.).

Each group must answer the questions. Afterward, the facilitator will read the answers in random order and write them on a whiteboard so senior management can propose or guide appropriate solutions. The answers will therefore have no faces or names attached, remaining general and giving attendees confidence to speak openly.

Activity 2: The Jungle.

# participants: 4-member work teams.

Objective: Know the perception of internal customers, to find and focus areas of opportunity, weakness and strengths

Duration: 40 minutes.

Development:

Participants will be divided into groups and given flip charts and two markers. Each team must draw their colleagues as professionals at work, represented by a specific animal—snakes, bears, turtles, etc.

At the end, they must present their work to the group and explain why they assigned X animal to their colleagues.

Activity 3: Blind and Deaf.

# participants: 2 work teams.

Objective: To recognize the importance of assertive communication.

Duration: 40 minutes.

Development:

Divide the group into teams. Everyone is blindfolded except one person per team. That person must guide teammates as they fill two glasses with water and walk an obstacle course. At the end, they pour the water into a pitcher.

Each guide must choose a strategy for moving their team throughout the course within the allotted time to fill the water pitcher. The team that collects the most water in its pitcher within the specified time wins. Developing effective communication will therefore be important to accomplishing the mission.

Notes:

  • The course is intended for a group of up to 70 people.
  • The cost includes materials
  • A room large enough for all participants and an outdoor space are required. If you need assistance with these, the cost is not included in this document.
