Certify your competency as a professional instructor through CONOCER under competency standard EC 0217.

Throughout our experience, we have had the pleasure of training and improving the skills of hundreds of instructors across Mexico. However, instructor training in the country’s industries increasingly demands rigorous processes. Depending on the industry, quality systems and customer requirements call for professional facilitators who use facilitation methodologies and key techniques to lead training courses.

 

At JST&C, we are a CONOCER evaluation center, and one of the standards most frequently requested is precisely the EC0217 “Delivery of Human Capital Courses in Face-to-Face Group Settings”. In this standard, you will learn to facilitate high-quality training sessions in accordance with this procedure, which will help you achieve your trainees’ teaching and learning objectives.

 

What are the benefits of obtaining CONOCER certification under this standard?

 

  1. You will receive national recognition as a professional instructor. Efforts are underway to have this recognition accepted in the United States and Canada soon. This guarantees that courses you deliver within your company or for your clients will satisfactorily achieve their objectives.

  3. Will learn appropriate ways to measure learning: “What is not measured is of no use.”

The ultimate aim, dear reader, is to develop properly prepared instructors. There is a clear trend in industry toward training employees correctly. Unfortunately, however, very few instructors are truly “PROFESSIONALS” in every sense of the word.

What's the process about?

  1. First, let's put ourselves into communication (contacto@jesussanchez.com.mx).
  2. A free diagnostic exam determines the recommended starting level: training, alignment or direct assessment.
  3. With this information and depending on your choice, you would enter the training or alignment process.
  4. After this an evaluator will be assigned and will contact you to define the time and process to be followed.
  5. Practical, product and knowledge assessment.
  6. Certification if everything's in shape.
