Hey friends, continuing with the series based on John C. Maxwell's book, "The 21 irrefutable laws of leadership", to recap, in the previous installment we explored the first 5 laws, which, to refresh your memory, were:
- Of the limit.
- The influence.
- The process.
- The navigation.

These first laws are designed to guide the leader’s growth, not only as a role model but also as a catalyst for future leaders.
You are what you attract. And yes, a great leader attracts people who bring the positivity, proactivity, and attitude that characterize them
In this new edition we have to explore from the sixth to the tenth irrefutable laws of leadership:
- The Law of Solid Ground: Trust is the foundation of leadership development. The team wants to believe and engage with someone and with projects it can master. We rarely see the entire staircase, but a leader's confidence and calm make the team willing to move forward. This is not about presenting a false face, pretending, keeping up appearances or concealing mistakes. It is about being sincere, communicating and… trusting.
- The law of respect: People follow stronger, more professional leaders with greater experience and composure. What does this mean? If you aspire to be a true leader, it is important to inspire that respect, develop yourself and invest in your development, which will place you in a position of greater authority. As in a wolf pack, the strongest and largest leads the others. And you—do you attract your pack?
- The law of intuition: We can understand intuition as the wisdom of our own nature. We all know what is good and right for us, but sometimes we distort reality, omit information, generalize or attribute intentions—and read this carefully—“according to what suits us.” If leaders can set aside these distortions and begin trusting their own nature, you can be sure they will always have the right answers.
- The law of magnetism: You are what you attract. Yes, a great leader attracts people who share the positivity, proactivity and attitude that characterize that leader. Conversely, a negative leader will be surrounded by dead weight, bad vibes and even stale smells. You are what you attract. If the people approaching you are not the people you want, it is time to examine your conscience and review what you are doing wrong.
- The law of connection: Effective communication requires connecting with your audience, even emotionally. Be clear about this: you cannot be a great leader while clinging to the old belief that workplace relationships should be purely professional, friends That was the tenor in the last century!, you spend more time at work with colleagues than at home with family. If you want to remain a robocop, do not expect people to follow you. Loyalty, commitment and teamwork come from connecting and building bridges. “To lead yourself, use your head; to lead others, use your heart.”
Don't forget! In the following edition, we will discuss the following 5 points, contained in "The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership."
