Safety and Environmental Legislation Course: Regulatory Compliance for Responsible Companies
At JS Training & Consulting, we have developed our Safety and Environmental Legislation course to give participants the legal and regulatory foundations needed to verify compliance with industrial safety and environmental protection requirements in the workplace. The program covers Mexico's legal framework, including the Federal Labor Law, applicable regulations and Mexican Official Standards (NOM), enabling correct interpretation of companies' legal obligations.
The course also covers verification of safety and hygiene standards, occupational risk prevention, hazardous materials handling and implementation of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems. It offers a comprehensive solution for organizations seeking to strengthen prevention, reduce incidents and avoid administrative penalties.
The course also covers environmental legislation, waste management, environmental emergency response and continuous improvement in safety and environmental performance. Participants develop competencies for regulatory compliance and contribute to corporate sustainability and social responsibility.
