Identify Hoshin Kanri’s key elements and understand its formulation and implementation. Through strategic analysis, defining guidelines and developing indicators, participants learn to align organizational efforts. They also apply the Catchball process to increase employee involvement and ensure more effective, sustainable strategy execution.
