Multi-Purpose Emergency Response Team Course: Comprehensive Protection for Your Organization
The Multi-Purpose Emergency Response Team Course is designed to prepare employees who are members of an organization’s emergency response teams. Participants will develop knowledge and skills to prevent risks, respond to emergencies, and help protect people and facilities.
The training covers the functions and responsibilities of an emergency response team, as well as aspects related to the emergency prevention and control, evacuation, first aid, firefighting, and response to different risk situations.
The objective is to strengthen employees' ability to respond to act in an organized and safe manner before, during and after an emergencyand contributing to a culture of prevention and a safer work environment.

COURSE OBJECTIVES
Multi-Purpose Emergency Response Team
Comprehensive Civil Protection Management
First, participants will understand comprehensive risk management and applicable civil protection laws, along with their safety rights and obligations, establishing regulatory foundations for business protection.
Evacuation and Shelter-in-Place Protocols
They will also learn evacuation protocols for earthquakes, fires, leaks and bomb threats. They will conduct effective drills and sheltering procedures, responding professionally to real emergencies.
First Aid and Emergency Response
They will also master first aid, cardiopulmonary resuscitation and patient handling techniques, acquiring skills to treat airway obstruction, bleeding and burns. As a result, they will save lives in critical situations.
Prevention, Firefighting and Rescue
Finally, they will learn about fire types, extinguishing agents and correct use of firefighting equipment. They will also learn techniques for searching, rescuing and moving injured people, forming competent internal civil protection brigades through the incident command system.
RESULTS UPON COMPLETING THE COURSE
Multi-Purpose Emergency Response Team
Knowledge of Civil Protection and Regulations
First, participants will understand comprehensive risk management and the applicable legal framework. They will also learn their civil protection obligations and rights. They will therefore be able to implement safety systems in accordance with current regulations.
Implementation of Evacuation Protocols
Participants will also implement evacuation and sheltering protocols for different emergencies, conducting earthquake, fire, leak and bomb-threat drills to respond effectively in real critical situations.
First Aid implementation
Participants will also apply first aid techniques, cardiopulmonary resuscitation and patient handling, treating airway obstructions, bleeding, burns and shock, providing potentially life-saving emergency care.
Firefighting and Equipment Use
Participants will also use extinguishers, hydrants and firefighting personal protective equipment correctly, identify fire types and appropriate extinguishing agents, and fight fires safely and effectively.
Emergency Response Team and Rescue Coordination
Finally, participants will apply search, rescue and casualty movement techniques and coordinate emergency response teams under the incident command system. They will establish professional internal civil protection units, ensuring safe workplaces prepared for any emergency.
